Did I watch the same movie everyone else did? I loved the first movie. WW84 was everything that the original was not. Bad story line, bad writing, cheesy children sequences, and a villain and sub-villain who are pathetic. I get that 2020 was a rough year, but this feel good movie left me feeling anything but good. The movie did deliver on the beautiful surroundings at the beginning along with spotlighting one of the most beautiful actresses on the screen today. In the end, DC did not deliver me a strong plot, nor a strong script to match the strong woman playing the main character. About 90 minutes in, my wish was for the movie to end. Unlike the movie, my wish was not granted and I had to endure 60 more minutes of lackluster movie.
