Christina is able to design/build a "pretty kitchen," however expensive back-splash does not make for an organized workable kitchen for someone who is going to cook for more than 2 people. As a culinary trained chef, and author of my new published "Bella Cucina; Old Italian family recipes." The layout of the work space and the appliances need to flow. Example: the pantry needs to be near or next to the refrigerator. Maybe the producers should consult with a chef on the function and layout of a Cucina. That being said I do enjoy the program.
