Could you live forever? Could you love forever? These are some of the questions that this film asks. To watch this film is to watch a society crumble, and to understand that this very society is happening right now. Although batman may be not the hero, he definitely isn't the hero. Similar to how some politicians live their life like a villain. Although the bank scene isn't perfect it represents the jokers infinite cycle of madness, he believes that madness may actually have reason although it still isn't fair. 9.11 is similar to this.
