Why does Jack Byrne, the brother, recovering alcoholic, surgeon who had his license revoked, then working as a paramedic, get disciplined for saving a patient's life on an ambulance by performing an emergency tracheotomy? Paramedics are trained to do that, he did exactly the right thing. So why did he get in trouble for that? Should have gotten a commendation.
