Very interesting book on bread baking. It reads like a novel. Great mix of the techniques of bread baking with ancient grains including how the original grains were “rediscovered”, grown, milled and used in baking and pasta making. History, science and romance. Who knew bread was so exciting. The book is written for both novices and experts in mind. Well done!
