This is gonna be a mixed review, as much i appreciate maniratnam touch for kalki story . This movie felt a bit lagging for me personally , felt like the narration must should have been crisp. Characters was very well played each of the actors , must say Vikram played the best. If you ever read the kalki story book or ever saw the narration by any youtuber you already would have a own imagination for the story. It can be greater than your imagination or will not match, there is always a possibility. cinematography was good. Worth the watch in theatre...

What a masterpiece by PA ranjith!!! It takes lot of effort to bring thoughts in our head as character on screen with that much amount of rawness and with that much of life.Every Character has a voice in this art piece created by him , Realistic progressive clut movie it was. It's for our generation specifically, any movie that makes you think about anything in particular has achieved its goal.This movie aimed for that and it has achieved it undoubtedly. I just watched this show , found a group a friends who doesn't know Tamil watched the entire movie with subtitles and they reacted to most of the dialogue with claps and whistle .thats the movie with full of life and script that is written from the scratch with lot of effort. For people who love cinema as a art and also entertainment it's a gift by PA ranjith. A must watch in theatre for trippy theatrical experience !!! Support Good movies,not just commerical ones with big heroes.
