Thank you for the Ask the Doctor series. I found the program about the importance of exercise on Tuesday 13th November very interesting. It will inspire me to get up and move instead of sitting for long periods of time.
I have one question of the team. All of you were doing different levels of exercise. Not one of you did any stretching, Yoga or Pilates. The only exercise you did consisted of running, walking, cycling, pushups etc. I used to do these exercises and found I ended up with very painful problems.
Please give us a program that shows the importance of cooling down exercises, so we don't end up with painful knees, ankles, hips and shoulders - which will be counter productive.
