This movie is the best thing i have watched in forever. I read the book first and it enhanced the experience, some things can only be shown in writing. However, the way this was filmed is perfection. You didn't even need to read the book to understand how the characters felt. I didn't feel like i was just watching the movie but rather that i was someone in the movie, observing everything as it happened. Another good thing is that it left out nothing! I had so many favorite scenes in the book and all of them were included. This movie wasn't rushed at all and i love that. I recommend this movie to everyone, it really was a good movie. You are really missing out on this piece of art.

I read this in two days, it was utterly beautiful. No words can explain it. What Elio and Oliver had was something else entirely. They were made for each other, it was more than a summer love. I really liked this book, i recommend it to anyone who wants to read something new and isn't at all like your average romance novel. This book was special and realistic, one of my favorite books ever.
