Definitely predictable, as mostly all movies are, which is uncreative. Aside from the typical dumb moves like driving through wooded areas at night by yourself, stopping at a truck stop in the middle of the night and hanging up the phone when you’re in obvious danger... Aside from all of that, the writers should have had Jessica shoot him when they got into the accident instead of wondering off without checking to see if the killer was still alive. The fight scene at the end was unnecessary. It could have been written that Jessica calls the wife after she shoot him. Save yourself first and foremost.
