After playing it for about a month or so, I can say that this game is utter garbage. Now don't get me wrong, FIFA 20 was pretty horrible, but I had to stick it to FIFA 21 because the developers didn't learn from the mistakes of the previous one, and actually made even more mistakes, glitches and unplayable components. EA, when will you realise that releasing games like this is a total disrespect to all of our hard-earned cash? With such atrocious gameplay especially for its time, how can you DARE retail this garbage for $60? ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME? Okay, anyway back to FIFA 21. So, you start your standard 11-a-side match the first time you boot up this game, but in this version, it's extremely difficult to control because well, the controls are horrendous. Second game? Glitchtastic. Your player will disappear suddenly or go through a wall. You are inundated with scripted, nonsensical aesthetics throughout the entire game. This tedious, boring, bland game is joyless and barren of any entertainment value. Most players, after the first few matches or so, put this game away. And just like what Yahtzee Croshaw thought of 2013's "Ride to Hell: Retribution", I refused to put this game on a top worst games list, because it's not even a game, it's congealed failure, and I speak no hyperbole when I say that releasing every box with no disc inside would have been less of a mistake.
