I'm giving this a 5 star bcz i liked the vibe.
Deepika is sooo glamorous and i couldn't believe she's not a Hollywood actress! Her acting skills have become crazily amazing!!
Idk why there are so many critics about the use of f word frequently and the urban/ new-modern lifestyle. I'm just asking "why not?"
People are trying to imitate Hollywood movie life style here, one cannot disagree the fact that world is changing, new changes are happening and that people are getting adjusted and comfortable with it.
Expressing the reality is no big deal folks!
Yeah, i agree that the ending was bleh, it's kinda unrealistic, but that's what Bollywood movies has always been about. Movies never depict the harsh reality of life, it's always either adding more bad parts or good parts to make it interesting, so that people watch it.
The movie really gave off a good vibe in the beginning.
As for the story, except for the part where the murder(self defence) case becomes a suicide one, nothing else was faulty in the film in my opinion.
In the last scene where that grandma says "Alisha?" my heart stopped for a moment.
It felt like no matter how much we let go of the past, it's gonna always taunt us. Hahaha!
It is a nice film, and those who'd like to see modern lifestyle implemented movies must give it a go!
PS: i don't watch a lot of movies, so i may not know much about it. The above said is solely my opinion. I wanted to write this because there were so much bad reviews for it. I dont get why people have to crticise this much, but I understand that it's their opinion. I just don't want people who haven't watched the movie yet to skip the movie because of the reviews.
So, just give it a go, you'll not be totally disappointed.
