Ouma Nyangata

I am not sure whether I will stop reading this book.No; I won't. As an author, I look up to Mariama's intensity and wit. I look up to her depth and wisdom in tackling some of the most sensitive issues. This is a masterpiece and to me, remains one of the best-written books in human history. Mariam was a brain- a true exemplification of African femininity. I would recommend this (together with the Scarlet Song) a thousand times to anyone who wants their wit excited and their knowledge replenished.
