Billy Jack

I love adult animation cartoons! My favorite one is King of the Hill and of course I’ve gotten really into this one. Something about putting real life situations and living into a cartoon is appealing to me especially when portraying a southern lifestyle. This cartoon shows a struggling southern family, that at the end of the day always finds the good in things despite what they deal with and what they lack materialistically and financially. I like how they portray Jesus in the show. A lot of people think every prayer should be answered and every situation should be fixed by God but in this show it allows others to see that just because we pray for something or some live a harder life doesn’t mean we are being punished or that Jesus doesn’t love us but that he will always be there to give us guidance in hard times even if it’s not what we think it should be. Very relatable and down to earth good show.
