The Mortal Kombat universe has all the opportunities to be the next marvel but unfortunately this movie sucks a big time. Apart from the first scene “sub zero vs scorpion”, the entire plot is a dug hole. From bad choice of actors to bad directions the movie lacked almost everything. Acting was so unreal with stupid writing makes it more cringe worthy. It’s a huge universe with so many champions so it is essential to create a back stories so that people feel connected and would root for a particular character. But no, everyone comes out of nowhere. Cole, the main protagonist of the movie with a little back stories does nothing in the movie (god! he for in real need of more acting classes). Almost all the scenes were dull and nothing like a real Mortal Kombat realms. Overall, theres nothing interesting and the movie is completely out of place.
