I don't understand why the current presenter--Vivia Aria--has an Indian accent that is often hard to understand yet reports from the heart of London, as she frequently mentions. What ever happened to posh BBC accents? Is there no British person willing or able to be a host at the BBC? How did this happen? Did the BBC just one day decide--hey, we're a good news organization but how could we get better? I know! Let's have international accents from the heart of London! Let's take the British out of BBC! Sorted!

Interesting film but not including subtitles in English when the people were speaking Latvian made it hard for English speakers. It was impossible to pick up on certain subtleties, even great themes, w/o some English subtitles. If Latvia--which makes excellent films--wants to find a world audience, they will need the easy addition of English subtitles.
