I very much enjoyed listening to the first Just One Thing. However who has bought all the beetroot?! Michael gives very good advice and I followed his Fast800 diet and lost 2 stones. I look forward to hearing more of Just One Thing. Thank you Michael Mosley.

This is a particularly moving film which highlights an appalling situation where a young couple with children are forced to leave their rented house, and face hardship and difficulty trying to cope. It isn't the fault of the house owner who is entitled to sell his property, but it certainly appears unfeeling particularly where young children are involved. Their attempts to find a new home are repeatedly thwarted and yet they display indomitable spirit, patience and love for their children whom they care for as best they can. Nobody should have to go through this hardship. A very sad situation made worse by the refusal of a family member to accept a truth which ultimately deprives them of the opportunity to help and enjoy doing so. This couple are let down by the very organisations which should be helping them. No doubt these organisations try to help but lack of money, and suitable properties makes it incredibly difficult.

A superb film which had us gripped from beginning to the end. Such incredible devotion to duty and energy. It was truly amazing and no wonder so many soldiers never wanted to talk about their experiences afterwards. It was so horrific and violent, yet should be shown in schools and would hopefully highlight the pointlessness of war.
