If you have a corporate professional job, this style of "starting important conversations" and having a "conversation on how to address an issue(a conversation on how to have a conversation)", will seem unremarkably familiar. Although it is good to know that all we have to do is point our fingers at someones skin color to identify what is wrong with the world... so easy right?
I have plenty of experience speaking in different jargon enlaced fields, however I do not delude myself to believing it credible, or intellectually stimulating. Unfortunately the author does not share common ethics or the expected virtue of respect for free thinking humans.
Instead the author tries- unsuccessfully I might add- that presenting yourself as some crusader for the downtrodden, is the same as actually doing the thing. Typical converse morality, and vaccuous assertions without any base in reality, attempt to make a great example of being virtuous... Does anyone actually believe in this philiosophy that doesn't sell it?
Let your children read it, so that you can tell them the truth in real time. Don't let teach-activists spoon feed it like medicine. The side effects are obvious in most millennials. A unique copy, of a copy, of a copy...
