This is without a doubt the best book I have ever read on Leadership. Here is an example of a man who took a leadership position and empowered and supported his team (crew) to deliver their best.
It explains the 'ship' in leader-ship. Highly recommended read to anyone who finds her/himself in a position where strong leadership skills are required.
