This was a thinly veiled slam against trump with “science deniers”, “rednecks” in “red hats”, and so forth. Total garbage about how the left thinks the right views global warming- in the guise of a planet destroying comet. Coming from virtue signaling DiCaprio, who flies to climate change conferences on his private jet, it is no surprise. Aside from the crappy story line the movie is WAY too long with repetitive scenes, repetitive dialogue, and a soulless take on our fellow human beings - again, no surprise considering the source.
