The Godmother of Jazz, an unforgettable legend, Mrs Nina Simone would be turning over her grave, not by watching this rendition of her life but to hear her songs played so out of tune. It sounded like it was in a karaoke bar and the singer had one to many drinks. I love Zoe but she should have known better than to even try to act let sing like the amazing Nina Simone. Please please take this so called biopic off the screens because it's ruining anyone's thoughts that don't know the true Nina Simone and is learning about her now while watching this film. This women went through hell, adversity and racism in the worse way. This movie makes it a mockery and so very disrespectful of the life she lived. The director and producers should be ashamed for making a mockery of Mrs. Simon's legacy.
