It was very bad. It’s that simple. The story wasn’t the same, the songs were bad, the parts that were supposed to be humorous were flat out cringy. Ps. I rarely use the word cringy because I think it’s... well, cringy. But I have used it just to let you all know that this movie is not going to please you if you are a fan of the other versions. Or maybe it will. Who am I to speak for you? But in my opinion they should’ve let the other two versions be. They were great and nobody (at least anyone I have spoken to) needed a third one. You are entitled to your opinions though so if you like it go ahead and watch it as many times as you want. That’s all.
