Ross Grossman

I try to find match in multiplayer, and it joins lobby and looks like it's loading map, but then I get kicked back to the main multiplayer screen, sometimes with a "lost connection to host" or other error message. ISSUE IS NOT WITH MY INTERNET, as every other online game I have (including modern warfare multiplayer) work without any issues. I've logged in/out and reset everything dozens of times. I've tried every way possible to get some sort of help from activision and their discussion board, and have not even gotten any replies, much less answers. Currently trying to figure out how to get a refund, but without being able to contact anyone I doubt it's possible.
