I rely on the outstanding reporting by Christiane Amanpour and her staff.
My TV is programmed to record each airing because it is aired so late at night in St. Louis, MO (11:30 p.m.) I am assured that I can always tune in at any time. PBS is my main source of news, covering the National scene in Washington and world-wide. Amanpour and Company is a great co-partner.
I am a cancer patient with a major concern for my medical well-being between my primary care physician and myself. This is a national problem and I would hope that Amanpour and Company could provide some guidance and investigative reporting to correct what is now an ongoing challenge to access basic doctor-patient care. Yes, we are the greatest nation in the world with the very best medical care within the hospital system, but our lives are endangered because of a fracture in the process of refusing a patient contact with his primary care physician. The physician and the patient are victims.
