Slow and ponderous and not a touch on the original 1947 film with Tyrone Powell. I think rather like America Hustle a few years ago it is aimed at the Oscars but in my opinion it should not get any nominations as there are far better films out there at the moment. Only David Stratham pulls out a performance, the rest of the cast do not convince me in their roles.

Just not my cup of tea, momentum on fast forward. The plot was thin and I do not think John Washington had the charisma to be an action hero. The central relationship of the male and female did no strike me as believable, there was so little chemistry between them. Please spare me a sequel. Disappointing.
