Half of the cast knows what kind of movie they’re in (Missi Pyle and Parker Posey especially). The final outcome of the film would’ve been a lot smarter and funnier if everyone got on the same page and the writing was altered. It’s a great time capsule for Y2K aesthetics, which is always a real treat.
