Question please, my daughter purchased a home 11 months ago that was inspected yet the home has issues with the foundation. There’s a basement that had water cascading down the walls in August. She called the (home owners insurance company) that told her it wasn’t covered. She paid good money for that inspection that should have for told about this issue. Is that inspector liable for not including the issue in his report? Thanks
