*This review does NOT contain spoilers for Endgame* I went to go see Endgame yesterday and I was blown away. Endgame is a once in a generation kind of experience that I am glad I got to be a part of. There were moments where I thought my heart was going to give out...that's a good thing. This is not a complaint, just a fact, but Endgame is a bit harder to follow if you are not a true hardcore Marvel fan. Endgame is more of a love letter to the fans of the Marvel Universe for investing the time and effort to follow this 10 year journey along with the comics. I am very pleased that my over-obsession with this franchise was rewarded when I went to see the movie. Endgame is cinematic poetry, full stop! A huge thanks to directors Joe and Anthony Russo, producer Kevin Feige, screenplay writers Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus, and everyone else involved in creating this cinematic masterpiece for giving us the ending that we and our heroes deserved. ❤️

I loved Captain Marvel! As the first lead female superhero movie in the MCU, it was amazing! Brie Larson as Carol Danvers really fits into the Marvel universe. Her and Samuel L. Jackson have such a feel-good friendship on screen that it feels like she's already an Avenger! What a badass! Her perseverence and fearlessness stand out so much that her superpowers are really just a manifestation of what Carol is feeling on the inside: confidence, strength, pain and compassion. Look out Thanos, the Captain is coming for you! Welcome to the team Captain Marvel!
