It was absolutely amazing. I felt that Daniel Day-Lewis voice even sounded like Lincoln’s would. It was so great that even though I knew the amendment was going to pas, I was on the edge of my seat!

I saw it in 1982 and loved it!! I thought all the characters were great in their roles. Good song and dance numbers and a great ending. Carol Burnet was great as the terrible Miss Hannigan was great.
