This was, in my opinion, hardly anything like the book. Liane Moriarty’s books aren’t dark or sinister and that’s how this series came off to me. Casting is wrong, tone is too serious, and the whole thing is all around bizarre. Had I not known the title of the series, I don’t think I would’ve been able to tell this was the same story.
