Yet another dumpster fire of a video game from EA, the clunky mechanics of this one make it borderline unplayable, even if it was a free game that would still be too expensive.. year after year it is ruined by trash meta players with their 5 back park the bus tactics and its blatant pay to win formula, every mode has been neglected this year, there are plenty of bugs that have not been patched since fifa 14 leaving an empty husk of a game where winning feels so heavily RNG based from game to game(before people think I'm just trash I'm an elite division player) these problems are further exploited by the absolute joke of a "community" not to mention the fact that you are effectively forced to have crossplay turned off with all the PC cheaters you'll encounter in FUT champs. Overall this product is appalling and if it were any other industry customers would get a full refund for their falsely advertised sub-par product. If I could rate this game 0/5 I would please do not get conned into buying another EA game they deserve to go bust for how they treat their consumers

First of all I do not recommend this game to anyone, new players or fans of the souls series. I came into this game after enjoying the rest of the soulsborne titles and I could not be more underwhelmed and frustrated by Elden ring. At the very least the previous titles adopted a hard but relatively balanced experience, whereas this time round they have opted for this game to be hard purely for the sake of it. It is an unbalanced buggy mess with awful hit detection both for and against the player. And even the graphics have been pulled straight from an xbox 360.. (I'm playing on ps5 in graphics mode as well) and for anyone who enjoys the multiplayer element of these games then you'll be heavily disappointed as summons very rarely work and it truly feels like something they have been sitting on since 2009

Don't.. I repeat Don't waste your money on this awful game, any 50/50 tackle freezes the game (always in favour of the opponent) any tactics on FUT feel pointless when your defenders part like the red sea.. this is just yet another EA cash grab that feels very similar to last year except they have somehow managed to break even more fundamentals. Players feel like a freight train when turning and its a dice roll as to whether your passes go anywhere near the intended target. Any "improvements" to the game feel tacked on to justify the £60 price tag so overall this game is an absolute mess and only serves to drain your wallet
