It's really drawn out to get a story going.
I would go so far to say by Episode 7-8 is still pretty drawn out in just the first season alone.
Sometimes i wonder if i had read the script/book myself it'd have been faster.
Not to say this reflects it's quality of being, it left me feeling somewhere in the middle, not necessarily mind blowing, or scary, but the acting wasn't terrible either.
Bit push on the Politically correct stuff, that i didn't care for, other than that i'd probably give it a 6/10
Some Pros:
Good actors.
Decent story
Attention to detail
Some Cons:
It's like watching moss grow on a rock.
Some political correctness/normalizing "Proper" narratives.
It's not really scary in concept.
Some cliches but nothing too wild, the stereotypical "red door" idea is a bit old, very similar to Insidious in that one specific concept and i'm sure many others.
My bias:
Scary movies don't really scare me, and i've watched many multiple times over, so take what i'm saying with a grain of salt.
What I don't like you may love. It's worth a watch if not at least through the first season, I can't say it's not worth giving a shot, it's not terrible.
