This is why my feeling for law enforcement respect has dropped dramatically. I am watching tonight’s episode and a man was pulled for a brake light that was out. After many many many questions the man told the officer and told him he was visiting a friend and the officer said it was suspicious that he was coming from a friend house. Then he asked the man if he had anything in the vehicle and the man said no. The officer asked if he could search the vehicle. (Of. Course there was “no” probable cause except he was coming from a friends house {people “do” have friends even if apparently this officer did not}, the officer then told the man he was going to have a drug dog search the vehicle and after the dog jumped on the side of his truck and I’m sure scratched the hell out of the truck the officer said the dog had alerted on the truck and he “was” going to search the truck whether he liked it or not. After they searched the truck they found nothing and the man was sent on his way. This is why I and many people I know have lost “ALL” respect for law enforcement.
