Couldn’t even make it through the first episode. The political and social commentary was way over the top to the point where I felt like every male - specifically white male - was portrayed as a weak, racist, beta. I was hoping for a simple, epic take on tolkiens work. As a huge fan of the original trilogy, this felt like a bitter assault against men - who will certainly make up the majority of the audience.
