I really didn't expect myself to actually like it, upon watching the trailer I already had some expectations regarding characters and plot line but somehow the movie goes beyond that! It's a surprise that the movie which looks completely unrelated to the original myth is the one that actualy follow closely to the myth the most, unlike the other Nezha movie. Nezha (2019) changed too much to be a family-friendly story but it's only 30-50% close to the original myth while Nezha Reborn telling at least 70-90% of the mythology about Nezha.
I guess you could say this one is more suitable for adults to enjoy. The movie at least successed in keeping me entertained for the entire 1h30m, I would love to see a sequel to be honest, the fights are so fun to watch!
