Quite frankly this is the worst adaptation of a fantasy series ever...and that includes the bastardization of Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series and Terry Brook's Shannara books. Truly horrible.... Even taking the source material out of the equation and looking at this TV show as a stand alone creation, it is mediocre at best. Don't waste your time, because even if you magically get invested in the characters, you will have to deal with the disappointment when this show gets cancelled.
