I LIKE the energy of your hosts but HATE the fact they stand to deliver the news. Standing is distracting. They fidget and look exposed and uncomfortable . Most times they are holding something (papers,notes ,book etc) usually in front of their abdomen or crotch. Their chosen outfit and/or shoes for the day is/are sometimes inappropriate or unflattering .Serious times require hosts who present serious news ,human interest stories with a modicum of humor at times. Let the hosts SIT DOWN to deliver the news so we can focus on the words instead of being bombarded by the charts, pics, tweets, and hosts standing.I recognize that updating the morning news format was someone's responsibility but please pass it on that "less is more" .

I will no longer view ABC world News tonight because of too many commercials and not enough news in its 30 min time slot. It has not always been like this. As a citizen I want to be informed not given fluff and marketing.
