I heard about this movie when I was 10 which was when it came out. At the time, I didn't want to see it because I thought it'd be much worse that it actually is. If I saw it then, I'd be surprised. I didn't see it until I was 15 and I decided to watch it because Choi Min-sik from Oldboy was in it and Oldboy is one of my favorites. The movie is to me the Korean Death Wish with it's own different and original twists & turns. The plot is a woman is murdered and her fiancé who's a cop (played by one of my favorite actors, Lee Byun-Hun who is to me the Korean Charles Bronson) who's sees the Devil within himself and doesn't see that he can't become a monster to fight a monster when he hunts down the killer (played by Choi Min-sik). This is a great horror crime drama. The horror of the movie to me isn't the villain of the movie even though he's terrifying, the REAL horror of the movie to me is how the antihero becomes just about as bad and even worse the killer.
