Nuanced and delicious.
Perfectly portrays how humans/customers can slowly suck the life and passion out of an artist craft. Margo made it out alive not because she wasn’t pretentious (as someone that didn’t understand the easter eggs shown) but, because she was able to pull out nostalgia and a time when the chef actually loved cooking and was happy doing his craft. (And well she wasn’t part of the original “Menu”) I really related to the chef as a massage therapist. Different movie, and fun.
