I ordered this book based on a podcast I was following & the owner offered to get their book to get insights & some education on starting a senior assisting facility.. This book talks about how this business can be profitable & talks about why they got into the business but it provides NO education/value. It keeps resorting to getting you to reach out to them for their 3 day program which is very expensive. I researched their reviews & most are saying it cost 30k but was not helpful. No education/help provided & felt as if they were a waste of $$$.. I didn't not to do the program either given they said their book would be beneficial. If they lied about getting their book for free & that it has tremendous education & didn't get the book for free & the book only use was to try to get u to get into their program I know they wouldn't help.
