I loved it! One of the best psychological thrillers I've seen for ages. Not a dull moment! Woman meets a nice guy for a first date in an expensive restaurant but she keeps getting disturbing messages from an app called Drop which only has a range of 50 feet, so it's from someone in the same restaurant. They show a video of a gunman in her home where her sister and son are. They tell her to kill her date or her son dies. They are monitoring her all the time.

Guy has a genetic condition which makes him insensitive to pain and he works in a bank. Three men dressed as Santas hold up the bank and shoot his boss as he won't tell them the safe combination. So he tells them and they kidnap his girlfriend who also works there. He goes after them which results in him and them being beaten up and torturing him, which is funny as he has to pretend it hurts.Great film

Not much happened in the first half.Woman is upset and has a cast on her leg after being in a car accident that killed her husband. She's living in a remote house with her two children Taylor her son and Annie her daughter. Then a mysterious woman appears in her yard with black clothes and her face covered. She seems to know Ramona the mother.Then scary things happen in the house and the cloaked woman gets in. I didn't understand what was going on and had to look up the explanation when I got home. Rather confusing and not particularly scary or gory

True story set in the North Sea where saturation divers try to fix the pipes on the sea bed.It goes badly wrong and one of them is cast adrift on the ocean floor with only ten minutes of oxygen left. Good drama

Nothing happened for the first half then household appliances turned into killing machines with chainsaws and drills and threw CDs at people. Also giant robots appeared that looked like transformers and lined people up and took their consciousness.This has to be one of the stupidest films that I have ever seen.

Animation about twins Gracie and Gilbert whose mother died after giving birth to them, yrs later their father was hit by a drunk driver and is in a wheelchair. When he died they are fostered out far away from each other in Australia. It's their life after that. She collects snail memorabilia and he likes magic and fires. The animated people are mostly grotesque in appearance which adds to the film being different and it's dark a lot of the time, with some humour

Twin boys find a weird drum playing monkey among their father's effects. They wind it up and then it kills people in weird ways.The special effects were great.It was gory and funny.Definitely worth seeing if you like gory horrors

Presence was one of the most boring poltergeist films I have ever watched. All it did was tidy Chloe's books, pull down a clothes rail and pull things over in Tyler's room. Only the last ten mins did anything happen.Very disappointed

Mother and twin boys live in an isolated house in the woods. She tells them that they can only go outside if they are tied to the house with rope, as that's the only way that evil can't get them. They run out of food and eat grubs and frogs, then fried tree bark. Lots of weird monstrous people who the audience don't know if they are real, in a dream or in their imagination. Interesting and different and kept my interest
