The Boot Patrol

Story mode is repetitive but somewhat entertaining. The gameplay and mechanics are solid. It’s a bonus being able to choose multiple of your favorite anime characters and battle with another person with 3 characters each being able to do a variety of support/team combos depending on the order you set your characters up on your team. Ranked/quick match is fun aside from some spammers (which is the players fault and not the games) and the lack of a rematch option. A rematch option is very important for the playability of an online fighting game. 8/10
