I find it hard to believe they couldn't achieve 60fps on Switch when they managed it with D3, despite the old code. The Switch version looks and plays horrible.

I agree with everyone else. Except I'll add that the switch port was lazily done with horrible resolution and frames. These companies need to realize that it's OK to dumb the graphics down for the sake of frame rate. This is just simply not fun to play.
