I’d say the first half of the book was captivating, making me want to read more, but the last half, and especially the end were so disappointing! So many story lines never tied up though, and in the end, we never even know if he really had to disappear- everything led to him being innocent and there was never even a warrant out for his arrest. Not sure why so many people recommended this.
