This movie is my first and perhaps my favourite WW1 movie of all time. The scenario of the movie perfectly depicts the WW1 trenches and scenario where soldiers would risk it all for one another. It truly is an amazing movie, definetely recommending it to anyone who is looking forward to watch 1917.

I think this movie is well made and also aged-well. It really showed the chaotic side of WW2 era where innocent civilians are either being shot, killed or brought to the train which leads to the concentration camps. It perfectly depicts the cruelty of N*zi German soldiers torturing Polish citizens or even just straight up treating them worse than anything else I've seen out of most WW2 films. It really made me feel empathy towards holocaust survivors
