The movie loses common sense the moment you see hero jumping between a bunch of 50 people with axes though he has 8-10 hooligans behind him who choose to sing the background score instead of firing shotguns. Anyways this is just one out of 100s of foolish over the top violent, careless and rash scenes. The ending fight looks like fight between terrorists and post credit was utter butchery (nowadays slaughter house also work with style). I don't see any point of all this. In the name of father, karo lo sab, waise bhi sab maaf hai. In this universe police court and law n order doesn't exist, no! Message saaf hai it's a paper thin story, that could have been beautifully executed if not overdosed with bad bgm (learn some more and polish it) and multiple cuts between fight sequences. I mean movies like John wick are also 98% violence with a pinch of story but people admire it's action choreography. Here they wanted to mix everything fun, romance, bromance, heel, anti hero feel, family love, family drama, politics, extra marital and yes how to be alpha chad (but was being alpha only about harming or is it about caring--by their logic criminals, sociopaths are all alpha) too. Ab itna sab daloge toh pointless hi item niklega. What youths will learn out of this? Is this what you have to offer to society? Movies like this only increases negative and anti social behaviors in society. But hum toh Animal hai. Sahi hai it's a movie for animals only, after being human if the point is to devolve and act like animal then good it's a wonderful and superb movie. Next time take us to stone age era at least the story would suit better with the situation.

I will rate it three. I will try to label out the good and bad points. Good: New characters - Many characters died so new and younger ones were added to keep it warm and relatable for youngsters. Many would complain these new characters did fell into risks situations every now or then but I'm fine as it's normal to expect kids to be emotional and impulsive. Better as it also teaches kids who watch on life lessons like respecting and following parents' rules. We should know it's not just us watching it but different audience including kids who would follow it and form memories. Hehehe Visuals - Though it felt like a game, especially in the first 10-15 mins. But the effect wears off as it takes lot of efforts to keep the atmosphere stunning, enticing and enjoyable. There did impressive job with it. Particularly, underwater sequence were surreal. Direction and narration - story was crisp but storytelling was unreal. There are moments when you will feel emotionally gelled with the events especially the ones where we get a glimpse of our greedy and darker side. Though at times few events do favour the hero clan a lot making it bit lopsided. Improvements Story - As there was limited scope to pull off after part one, in terms of developing story further. The protagonist and antagonist were known and so the objective to be attained. This time the nectar was switched with another life form from flora to fauna resembling whales. When story is light and movie is long people do complain about the stretch. But who knows a shorter version would not have been enough to explore the new side of pandora. Antagonist - I was bit unhappy with few characters that were revived given that in part one we have seen how difficult it was to link a person to avatar as Jake filled in for his dead brother. Maybe they didn't want to spend time to develop their character. Question is with such creativity was a new movie not possible than cashing on the brand name? Why a sequesl when not much is related than the hero and villain character? As such the avatar program on which the movie was named was not touched upon anyways. It could have been some other world, new face and new story to takeaway.

With a movie name like Brahmastra, audience would want to know more about the mythos with which the current series of event ties. But instead, what we get is an overdose of unnecessary songs, love stories, awkward dialogue delivery in first half. Let's talk about good and the bad: Good: Acting by few artists like Amitabh, Mouni, Alia CGI was flawless Pace was ok-ish Strong villain though not prominent celebs but still there is a point where we feel pity on the heroes side Bad: No origin story as to why two factions got suddenly created. I mean Suddenly one can't turn Skeletor absorbing ancient powers Lack of mythological base in story Stupid heroes who show lack of strategy or planning to counter villains. like we see so many people holding astras but everything depends on our hero's shoulder Songs had no need in this type of movies And I can go on and on. All I can say is the movie stood by its name and destroyed the money I had put.

No disrespect for the real event on which the movie is based, I have huge respect for our soldiers and their love and devotion to protect our nation. My reviews are only based on the how the movie was directed and acting. Suitable name for this movie should be Ajay - the invincible. For a war-themed movie this movie is a complete let down. There were so many production mistakes, unnecessary songs, meaningless scenes and then Ajay Devgan. I mean his choice of heroines reminds me of child marriage. It was his production house so the guy survived extreme fatalities, dozed off in runways, in sand, and the list goes on and on. I mean he proved that chilly powder doesn't affect your eyes if you wear sunglasses. Also, how smart, if you want to show you are bleeding then you should wash your face with blood (not real) and not water. Sonakshi was hopeless, Nora was still better in her five mins appearance but still unnecessary. Sanjay Dutt was old but could kill an entire battalion, don't ask how. Just waiting for YouTube videos that count movie mistakes as this is a jackpot for them.

This movie is among the ones that you keep talking about even after it gets over, making you feel satisfied and content. When I saw the trailer, I didn't expect the movie to be this exciting. The story has limited flaws, and the sequences are thrilling enough to make you jump on your seats. It keeps you so gripped that you will lose track of time. If you plan to watch the movie don't hesitate, because if you do then you will surely regret.

I liked the visual appeal of the movie. For movie goers who wish to see and compare this live action with the cartoon, they might miss the touch and feel dissatisfied. Do not forget it's a remake, hence ups and downs are possible. But if you watch it as a fresh movie, then u might feel it amazing. Anyways now a days there are more remakes than original story, so comparing and getting depressed is the mood in the air. All I know is the new generation in the theatre enjoyed it better and it is surely a better option for parents to show kids than the usual superhero movies, at least as they have some lessons of life, at least.

Alicia Vikander did all justice to the Lara Croft character. I remember the Angelina Jolie movies which pave a way for her in action films. Just the only missing link here is the villain. They needed to be more overpowering and ferocious. Else it is a good movie. It may not be a film that would establish Lara Croft as a brand, as was done by Angelina Jolie's movies. But if we let go the comparison, then it is worth watching than the superhero movies nowadays. I wanted to see more. I hope they make sequels too.
