I was a big fan of the original Evil Dead movie and was disappointed in the remake a few years back so when I realized this show was out, I didn’t even attempt to watch it because I felt like having a comedy spin on the Evil Dead would be stupid and a waste of time. A few weeks ago, one of my managers was talking to me about tv shows and asked if I had seen Ash vs Evil Dead and I said no because I felt like they were going to mess up a classic. He told me that it was really good and I should give it a try. Later that night, I threw on episode one and was not disappointed. I’m very big on how the art side of how horror creatures look in remakes looking the same to how they did in the original and that’s the first thing that drew me in. The makeup in these deadites look so much like the original! I love the flash backs to the original movie and overall, this show is amazing!!
