I've played all the Harvest Moon and Rune Factory games, they've been staples in my childhood forever. So I was excited about RF5 especially since I was so in love with the story of RF4 (ventuswill definitely made me cry lol) and RF3 was my favourite of all because i got to be a wooly like yay! (Also i wish theyd give RF3 the same treatment as 4 and port it to switch...) I was at first unsure of the 3d style and graphic direction of RF5 but I adapted quickly to it. The combat feels nice it took some getting used to especially getting fire balls to go where I intend them to go and not miss the target. The farming is still good, tho the sudden camera angle switch to almost top down when farming threw me for a moment since it does it as soon as you step on a farm field. Also farm dragon super adorable... My one complaint is omg it's so hard to get furniture to line up straight and in the spot I want it because the left stick is so sensitive to make your character move 🙃 so all my stuff is slightly tilted I'll work on it. And there is sometimes a framerate drop and mini lag spike when leaving some shoppes but I've only noticed it a couple times it doesn't detract from the game and I haven't had any problem while in combat with it so that's good too. I like the extra touch that if it detects a RF4 special save data on your switch Doug and Margret will come visit your town, I got lest and freys outfits by doing quests for them each. 😀 and I'm a big sucker for being able to change clothes so I had to get the edition that gave you all those outfits from RF4. Tho I am sad my female character can't wear any male characters clothes but oh well I always have multiple play thrus any way. So in summary, great game if you like the RF series, a small adjustment period is needed especially if you're just coming off playing RF4 (since it's on switch too). Also can I please have a port of RF3 for switch? I wanna be a monster again lol

I promised to see the movie after they went and fixed sonics design. I'm so glad I did. It was great for what it was, it reminded me of the old cartoon from the 90s, it definitely fit sonic in personality. Was the movie perfect, of course not no movie is, but i loved it. And I spied several Easter eggs that were a great nod. The actors definitely killed it in their roles. Jim Carey was excellent of course. There wasnt any part of the movie that made me regret spending the money to see in theatres. Id recomend it, especially as someone who grew up with Sonic as their fav game and fav cartoon lol
