I bought the book off Amazon and quickly returned it the next day. If you were looking for a continuation of CWE then this book is not it. I never heard the rumor of SS not writing the first book but it would make since because no book after that one had the same type of tone. Seems like her books after that were just to promote Islamic beliefs. And don’t get me wrong it’s nothing wrong with loving your religion, but when you start to bash other beliefs and religions to get people to convert is where I have to draw the line.!! It was promoted as something it wasn’t, ‘if you loved the last book you would love this one’ ‘SS writes another work of art through the cold heart of winter’ ‘see what happens to the family legacy’. ALL LIES.!! Also there are inconsistencies with the midnight books as if the person who wrote those didn’t read CWE, the letters from jail did not match up. If anyone notices, after all the hype of this book getting released, did you hear anything after that.?? Any celebrities telling you to go ready it, WASNIT ON ANY BEST SELLER LISTS.?? MUST READS.?? TOP 10’s.?? NO IT WASNT.!! She no longer writes urdan/hood books, they are now all religion based and it sucks for her to have missed the many sequel, movie, and maybe every tv show opportunities because it was such a flop. >:-/
