I'm digging it. Outside of the first hour being restrictive as always, the general vibes of the game is awesome, the customization is great (you can finally do two color hair too!), and I'm actually really digging the new combat system. Characters are mostly well written, overall I give it my seal of pretty good

I wanted to love this game so bad, but it's an unplayable mess, even after the update. It crashes so often, has so many broken and glitchy features, and the most important thing it just is not fun. The gameplay isn't fun, the story mode isn't fun, the creation suite isn't fun, it just is not fun.
