Well first of all my name is not leist it's Lisette. Don't know how that name got into my phone system. Anyway. . I watch her show everyday ready with my notebook and pen to jot down notes. It's very educational as it teaches people about what certain habits can lead to. It encourages people to change their ways for a better outcome in the long run and what things we need to be wary of.
